Great traveling experience had with Lori Franco. She put out a lot of fire storms in our group. I almost couldn’t leave Jamaica but was able to call Lori and she was able to talk with the ticket agent and resolved the situation. All from the first booking to the last arrival, she was there through it all. FYI, travel insurance is a must or highly recommended. Thank you very much!! I do recommend.

Yesterday I needed to make a reservation to spend a month in Britain. Anne Caffrey was the agent I consulted. She found just the right flight in record time, and I was set to go in short order. Incidentally, I found this agency by typing into my search engine: travel agents, Warwick. I could not be happier with my reservation and will use this agency the next time I require a travel agent.

We have taken 14 cruises and all done by Global Excellence... They take care of everything and we don't have to worry about anything... We had an issue with our last cruise with Royal Caribbean and Michelle Rheaume our agent took care of it for us and everything worked out great. She worked very hard to make sure our vacation was going to be perfect. They are top notch when it comes to travel arrangements... Great job everyone.....

Can't say enough about Global Excellence and travel agent Lori Franco! Our Dance Country trip to Jamaica (postponed once due to Covid) for around 50 people was wonderfully planned. We had a great time!!
Then .... came to east coast snowstorm. Flights canceled..repeat Covid tests, flights rescheduled all taken care of by Lori!
Can't wait for our next trip, planned of course by LORI!
