Can't say enough about Global Excellence and travel agent Lori Franco! Our Dance Country trip to Jamaica (postponed once due to Covid) for around 50 people was wonderfully planned. We had a great time!!
Then .... came to east coast snowstorm. Flights canceled..repeat Covid tests, flights rescheduled all taken care of by Lori!

Great traveling experience had with Lori Franco. She put out a lot of fire storms in our group. I almost couldn’t leave Jamaica but was able to call Lori and she was able to talk with the ticket agent and resolved the situation. All from the first booking to the last arrival, she was there through it all. FYI, travel insurance is a must or highly recommended. Thank you very much!! I do recommend.

We have taken 14 cruises and all done by Global Excellence... They take care of everything and we don't have to worry about anything... We had an issue with our last cruise with Royal Caribbean and Michelle Rheaume our agent took care of it for us and everything worked out great. Yesterday I needed to make a reservation to spend a month in Britain. Anne Caffrey was the agent I consulted. She found just the right flight in record time, and I was set to go in short order. Incidentally, I found this agency by typing into my search engine: travel agents, Warwick. I could not be happier with my reservation and will use this agency the next time I require a travel agent.

Working with Anne to book our two week Europe trip was the best decision we made. She was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the booking process and made great recommendations for hotels, excursions and specific locations throughout our trip. All of our hotels were perfect locations, easily walkable to key sights, restaurants and public transportation, with overall great accommodations. My wife and I recently returned from a trip to the Amalfi coast that was arraigned by Alexandra Algiere. Alex took care of every last detail of our trip and the entire itinerary was fabulous. The hotel, tours and transfers went seamlessly. Alex checked in with us while we were away and updated any information from the tour companies. It really felt like we had someone watching out for us while we were in Italy. I cant say enough about the customer service we received. Five stars all the way. We will certainly see Alex for our next trip. I would not do it any other way. Thank you Alex you truly made our dream vacation come true.

Anne has been the best, always so helpful and has good ideas about all of our trips. She goes above and beyond and when she is out or not available, we always get an email from one of her colleagues letting us know and offering to help if we need it asap.
